I didn't get my download link. Check your spam folder first — receipts and download links come from Stripe and our system automatically. If it's still missing, email us your order confirmation or the email address you purchased with and we'll resend it.
Can I re-download my ebooks later? Yes — sign in to My Account with the email you used at checkout and you'll see every past order with a re-download link.
I want a refund. Because our products are instant digital downloads, we don't offer refunds once a download link has been issued — see our Terms & Refund Policy for details. If something's technically broken on our end, email us and we'll sort it out.
I want to unsubscribe from emails. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link at the bottom — that's the fastest way. You can also email us and we'll remove you manually.
